How You Can Help

Help provided in the past: The first medical team was from New Life Center Church, located in Everett, Washington (now named New Life Foursquare Church). This was followed by repeat training visits by Greg Matthews, an EMT and by other EMT/paramedic trainers from Eastside Fire and Rescue, headquartered in Issaquah, Washington. Equipment was provided through a grant obtained by Greg Matthews, consisting of one ambulance, 6 motorcycles, bicycles and other rescue equipment. For accidents which the ambulance cannot access, the motorcycles and bicycles can often be used to help rescue victims.

Opportunities to HelpBackground and Status
Medical workers and short term teams are welcome to come and teach SEVO workers or to do community workshops. People are very hungry for knowledge. If you have medical knowledge of any kind, contact Margaret Nelson for more information on how to arrange a training mission trip.
Donations are welcome for SEVO expenses and for Hannington’s water filtration project expenses. Because these are volunteer projects, donations are so helpful, especially in the areas of transportation, office and phone costs. Many thanks to those of you who have donated! God bless you!
Church ministry teams are welcome to do spiritual teaching and ministry with SEVO and other ministry opportunities. Especially needed are teachers on Christian business and ethics. There is great spiritual hunger in Uganda. SEVO has created an opportunity to plant churches in villages, as well as ministering spiritually during training sessions.
